Laboratory terms & conditions
  • Minimum powder sample amount is 3-5 g; sampling must be done by the applicant and placed in a suitable container.
  • The applicant declares the sample is not radioactive or explosive; otherwise all personal and material damages are the applicant's responsibility.
  • Samples are kept for up to one month after testing; afterwards the laboratory holds no responsibility for the sample.
  • Testing and the release of results are subject to full payment of the test fee.
  • Unforeseen events or instrument repairs may extend the turnaround time.
  • Return shipping/courier costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • The lab's maximum financial liability for the sample equals the analysis fee.
